From EXETER take the M5 and then the A38 towards PLYMOUTH.

At the WRANGATON CROSS junction, exit off the A38 & turn RIGHT at the top of the exit ramp signposted Bittaford & Ivybridge.

Then turn LEFT at the T-junction onto the B3213.

After half a mile turn left into ANNA MILL BUSINESS PARK.
