Originally this tent was part of our period tents section, but has proved so popular we are also adding it to our Classic tents section. The only real difference being vinyl sod-cloths and zipped or laced doors – your choice.

It’s simply a very roomy tent, easy to put up and use, you can even fit a wood burning stove if you wish. Available in two standard sizes and two variations, although we can make any size you wish. Version A as above with door at front of tent. Version B ( the brown tent in the pics) with door set back 0.9m (3ft) to give a porch. Both are 2.6m wide x 2.13m high (8ft 6" x 7ft) but with length variations of No 1 - 2.6m (8ft 6) or No 2 - 3.45m (11ft 4"). Of course we can make them bigger, add windows or a bell end, wood stoves etc, etc.

The rear of the tent is a solid canvas wall but can be made as a doorway, giving plenty of ventilation on a hot day.

 

Photos 1 & 2 show the 1B version in light brown canvas. This tent was made for a Period BBC comedy. The light brown canvas is not usually available, but I am considering stocking it if it becomes more popular.
